Citizen Self Service

If you are a citizen . . .

Click the Citizen Self Service (CSS) link on the right side of this page. You can look up and pay Water Bills, Real Estate Taxes, Business Licenses & Registrations, Dowdy Park Market Vendor Bills (under General Billing), as well as search for existing building Permits and Inspections. Under Miscellaneous Payments, you can pay for trash carts, tent inspection fees, crowd gathering permit fees, electrical inspections, park deposits, public safety penalties, and contributions to Fire and Rescue. 

 

If you are having trouble accessing the CSS portal, contact Administrative Services at cashier@nagsheadnc.gov or 252-441-5508, Monday through Friday during the business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

In the event of a duplicate payment, please contact Administrative Services. 

 

Convenience fees apply on all credit card, debit card, and e-check transactions processed via the Citizen Self Service site.
