As of June 1, 2024, please visit our new payment website Resident and Utility Access Navigator Portal to search and pay for water bills, real estate taxes, business licenses and registrations, Planning Department permits and inspections, Dowdy Park market fees, and other miscellaneous payments.  

 

If you are having trouble accessing our new payment website navigator for Resident and Utility Access, contact Administrative Services at cashier@nagsheadnc.gov or 252-441-5508, Monday through Friday during the business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

 

 

Convenience fees apply on all credit card and e-check transactions processed via the Resident and Utility Access websites.
